This electrostatic coating production line is designed and built by us for a shelf company. The maximum passing size of the production line is 2 meters long * 0.6 meters wide * 2.5 meters high. The coating products are mainly various types of shelves. The monthly spraying volume is about 150,000 pieces. The company is positioned in the middle and high end of the market. Process flow: hanging workpiece-workpiece pretreatment-entering drying furnace-drying completed entering powder coating room-powder coating-exiting powder coating room Entering curing furnace-curing completed-cooling and removing workpiece. Spray pretreatment process It uses a high-pressure water pump to form the treatment liquid into a mist and evenly spray it onto the surface of the workpiece to achieve the effect of cleaning the workpiece. The spray pretreatment process can not only increase the processing speed, but also save energy.

1. Why is the coating not shiny enough?

Reasons: The baking time is too long, the temperature is too high, other harmful gases are mixed in the baking, the workpiece surface is too rough, and the pre-treatment method is not selected properly. Solutions: Adjust the baking time and temperature, ensure the baking environment is clean, and select the appropriate pre-treatment method
2. Why does the coating change color?

Reasons: Repeated baking, other gases are mixed in the oven, and the baking is excessive during curing.
Solutions: Optimize baking conditions, purify the baking oven, and strengthen cleaning before construction
3. Why is the coating surface orange peel?

Reasons: The thickness of the sprayed coating is uneven, the powder atomization is not good, the spray gun has powder accumulation, the curing temperature is low, the powder is damp, the workpiece grounding is poor, the baking temperature is too high, the workpiece itself has material problems, and the pre-treatment is not handled well.
Solutions: Adjust the distance and angle of the spray gun to ensure uniform powder atomization, control the curing temperature and coating thickness, adjust the workpiece material, and adjust the pre-treatment method.
4. Concave holes appear in the coating?

Reasons: improper treatment, incomplete degreasing, contaminated source, incomplete degreasing and dewatering of compressed air, uneven surface of workpiece, contaminated by dust or other impurities.
Solution: Strengthen pre-treatment, ensure that the compressed air is clean, and clean the surface of the workpiece
5. Why do bubbles appear in the coating?

11. Why is the powder supply uneven?
