1. Working Principle:
The working principle of the water curtain cabinet for painting is to use a water curtain to capture and filter the paint mist and exhaust gas generated during the painting process. 1. Preparation
(1) Ensure that the water curtain cabinet is installed correctly and all components (including the chamber body, water tank, water curtain plate, water circulation system, and exhaust filtration system) are in normal condition.

(3) Add an appropriate amount of water to the water tank and add paint coagulant as needed to improve the removal efficiency of paint residue.

2. Operation steps
(1) Place the workpiece to be sprayed on the workbench.
(2) The operator uses a handheld or fixed spray gun to spray the workpiece.
(3) During the spraying process, the scattered excess paint mist will be attracted by the water curtain and further purified by multiple water curtains.
(4) The purified gas is discharged to the outside through the gas-water separation device, and the waste paint is mixed with water and flows into the water tank.

3. Maintenance and cleaning
(1) Regularly check and clean the water circulation system to ensure the water quality is clean.
(2) When the paint residue floats to the water surface, scoop it out with a container for centralized treatment.
(3) According to the usage, regularly change the water in the water tank to maintain the purification effect.
(4) Clean the paint spray gun and other equipment to prevent the paint spray gun from clogging and ensure the quality of spraying.

4. Safety precautions
(1) During operation, ensure that the operator wears appropriate protective equipment, such as protective glasses, gloves and masks.
(2) Before operation, check whether the fan is rotating forward to ensure that the exhaust gas can be effectively discharged.
(3) Comply with all safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment.

5. Shutdown and maintenance
(1) After use, turn off all equipment and perform daily maintenance checks.
(2) If any abnormality is found in the equipment, it should be shut down immediately for inspection and repair.
