Standard inspections include:

  • Visual check: Ensures even color, gloss, and no visible flaws like sags, bubbles, or pinholes.
  • Film thickness test: Using magnetic or ultrasonic gauges to verify the powder is in the ideal range (typically 60–100 microns).
  • Adhesion test: Simple tape test or crosshatch test to check for flaking or peeling.
