This electrostatic coating equipment is designed and built by us for a CNC machinery company. The maximum size of the production line is 6 meters long * 2 meters wide * 2.5 meters high. The coating products are mainly CNC machinery shells. The monthly spraying volume is about 600 sets of machinery and equipment. The company is positioned in the middle and high end of the market. Process flow: workpiece grinding pretreatment - hanging workpiece - powder coating - out of the powder coating room into the curing furnace - curing completed - cooling and removing the workpiece.

This electrostatic coating production line was designed and built by us for a mechanical equipment company. The maximum passing size of the production line is 2.5 meters long * 1 meter wide * 1.4 meters high. The coating products are mainly woodworking machinery, with a monthly spraying volume of about 40,000 pieces. The company is positioned in the middle and high end of the market. Process flow: hanging workpiece-workpiece pretreatment (spraying)-entering the drying furnace-drying completed entering the powder coating room-powder coating-exiting the powder coating room and entering the curing furnace-curing completed-cooling and removing the workpiece. In addition, we also built a large curing furnace powder coating line for this company to meet the needs of large workpiece coating. The spray pretreatment process uses a high-pressure water pump to form the treatment liquid into a mist and evenly spray it onto the surface of the workpiece to achieve the effect of cleaning the workpiece. The spray pretreatment process can not only increase the processing speed, but also save energy.

Mechanical industry
The mechanical electrostatic powder coating line uses electrostatic adsorption to evenly apply powder coating to machinery, forming a smooth, uniform, and highly adhesive coating. This method is eco-friendly, efficient, and energy-saving. The resulting coating offers excellent weather resistance, wear resistance, insulation, and enhances the product's appearance and lifespan.
Components
Pretreatment system
Degreasing, rust removal, phosphating and other pretreatments are performed on the workpiece to improve the adhesion of the coating.
Electrostatic spray gun
Using a high-frequency and high-voltage power supply, the powder coating is sprayed onto the surface of the workpiece through the spray gun, and an electrostatic field is generated between the spray gun and the workpiece, so that the coating particles are evenly adsorbed on the workpiece.
Powder recovery system
Recover the powder that is not attached to the workpiece, reduce waste, and improve the utilization rate of the coating.
Coating equipment
The sprayed workpiece is sent to the coating equipment for curing treatment to make the coating harder and more wear-resistant.
Cooling system
Cool the painted workpiece and slowly reduce it to room temperature to avoid cracking and bubbling of the coating.
Control system
Monitor and adjust the entire production line to ensure the stability of the spraying process and the quality of the coating.
