This electrostatic coating equipment is designed and built by us for an elevator company. The maximum passing size of the production line is 6 meters long * 1 meter wide * 1.5 meters high. The coating products are mainly elevator assembly parts. The monthly spraying volume is 500 sets of elevators. The company is positioned in the middle and high end of the market. Process flow: workpiece grinding pretreatment - hanging workpiece - powder coating - out of the powder coating room into the curing furnace - curing completed - cooling and removing the workpiece.

The electrostatic powder coating line uses a high-voltage generator to create an electrostatic field, spraying powder onto workpieces for even coverage. High-temperature curing then forms a smooth, uniform, and durable layer that firmly adheres to the surface.
Components
Electrostatic generator
Generates an electrostatic field to provide electrostatic adsorption force for the spraying process.
Spray gun
Sprays powder coating onto the surface of the workpiece, has electrode self-cleaning function and improves powder atomization effect.
Powder supply system
Used to feed powder coating into the spray gun, with a variety of nozzles to choose from to adapt to various shapes of workpieces.
Electrical control system
Used to control the operation of electrostatic generators, spray guns and other equipment, and adjust electrostatic voltage, current and other parameters.
Drying/curing equipment
High-temperature curing of the coating so that it adheres firmly to the surface of the workpiece.
Conveying system
Used to feed the workpiece into the coating line to achieve automated production.
