The coating products are mainly navigation radiators. The monthly spraying volume is about 180,000 pieces. The company is positioned in the middle and high end of the market. Process flow: workpiece grinding pretreatment - hanging workpiece - powder coating - out of the powder coating room and into the curing furnace - curing is completed - cooling and removing the workpiece.

This electrostatic coating production line was designed and built by us for a smart door lock company. The maximum passing size of the production line is 1 meter long * 0.6 meters wide * 1.5 meters high. The coating products are mainly door lock shells, with a monthly spraying volume of about 200,000 pieces. The company is positioned in the middle and high end of the market. Process flow: hanging workpiece-workpiece pretreatment (spraying)-entering the drying furnace-drying completed entering the powder coating room-powder coating-exiting the powder coating room and entering the curing furnace-curing completed-cooling and removing the workpiece. In addition, we also built a large curing furnace powder coating line for this company to meet the needs of large workpiece coating. The spray pretreatment process uses a high-pressure water pump to form the treatment liquid into a mist and evenly spray it onto the surface of the workpiece to achieve the effect of cleaning the workpiece. The spray pretreatment process can not only increase the processing speed, but also save energy.

Process flow: hanging workpiece-workpiece pretreatment (immersion)-entering the drying furnace-drying is completed and entering the powder coating room-powder coating-exiting the powder coating room and entering the curing furnace-curing is completed-cooling and removing the workpiece. The immersion pretreatment suspends the workpiece on the conveyor line and cleans it in a fixed tank with cleaning fluid. This method is suitable for workpieces of various shapes, especially those with high grease content. It is also easy to maintain and requires a small amount of medicine.

Pretreatment system

This step mainly cleans and chemically treats electronic products to ensure that the product surface is suitable for coating. This usually includes degreasing, water washing, phosphating, passivation and other processes.

Electrostatic spray gun and spray room
