Assembly line process flow
Step 1: Pretreatment
This is the preparatory work before painting, the purpose is to remove impurities such as oil, dust, rust on the surface of the workpiece, and increase the adhesion between the coating and the surface of the workpiece.
Step 2: Drying moisture
After the pretreatment step is completed, some moisture and possible tiny particles will remain on the surface of the workpiece. The principle of drying moisture is mainly to evaporate the moisture on the surface of the workpiece by heating, ensuring that the surface of the workpiece is dry before entering the powder spraying link so that the powder coating can be evenly attached.
Step 3: Electrostatic powder spraying
Electrostatic spraying is the core link of the powder coating assembly line. In this process, the powder coating is fed into the spray gun, and the spray gun generates high-voltage static electricity through an electrostatic generator. When the powder coating passes through the spray gun, it will be charged. Because the workpiece is grounded, the charged powder coating is evenly adsorbed on the surface of the workpiece under the action of electrostatic attraction.
Step 4: Baking and curing
Baking and curing The sprayed workpiece then enters the baking and curing chamber. Under high temperature, the resin and curing agent in the powder coating react chemically to form a strong and durable coating. This process not only fixes the coating, but also gives it excellent corrosion resistance and weather resistance.
Step 5: Post processing Finally
